Secure File Exchange

You have received a securely encrypted (.zip or .7z) file as download from the webex.hschmidt.de system.
The following guide explains how it can be unzipped and its contents accessed.
 

1. Check if you have 7-Zip available on your computer. Most companies will provide the means for its installation. If unsure, check with your IT department.
   1. Right click on the downloaded .zip or .7z file and select 7-Zip => Extract Here.
   2. You will be asked for a password. Enter the password that you have received from Henning Schmidt.
   3. Done! You can now access the contents of the downloaded file.
       
2. If you do not have 7-Zip available, do as follows:
   1. Obtain a portable version of 7-zip from here
   2. Run the downloaded executable - it will install 7-Zip locally without the need for admin rights.
   3. At the end of the installation allow 7-Zip to start
   4. Navigate to the .zip or .7z file that you want to unzip. Right click on it and select 7-Zip => Extract Here.
   5. You will be asked for a password. Enter the password that you have received from Henning Schmidt.
   6. Done! You can now access the contents of the downloaded file.
